After logging in, you will be taken to a screen which displays
all the RFQ invitations you have been invited to bid. These invitations are
stored in a private, secure folder than only can be seen by the supplier chosen
by the prospective buyer. Here the supplier can ask questions to clarify
a request, view the details of the RFQ, view the status and due date, as well as
respond to the RFQ

There are two types of bids to view. They are duplicate and custom.
A duplicate bid is a request for quote where the buyer has posted the exact details
of the unit they wish to purchase, including all the normal data received from a
specification sheet including, tube count, tube O.D., tube length, structure type,
rows, passes, etc. The response is simple. It includes price, model,
lead time, exceptions to the request and contact info.

A custom bid is a response to an RFQ where the buyer has posted the design conditions
for the unit, including heat loads, flows, temperatures, pressures and all the other
essential data the supplier needs to rate and design the unit. The response
of the supplier is entered in a consistent manner for the buyer to view and compare
to other prospective bidders.
